Job Responsibilities : - Manages the complete life-cycle recruitment process, including preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding. - Maintain an effective recruiting cycle that ensures a positive candidate and internal customer experience. - Create processes and policies to ensure a smooth recruitment experience - Partner with universities, hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of candidate talent requirements. - Develop and implement targeted job promotional and sourcing strategies, utilizing available resources to attract top talent. - Handling end to end recruitment in IT and Non-IT Hiring (International & Domestic hiring) - Be well versed with International and domestic hiring portals - Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions) - Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates - Be responsible in handling the recruitment team (1-2) employees Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - A strong commitment to advancing the mission. - International staffing experience would be preferred - Knowledge of best-in-class approaches to recruiting and selecting diverse candidates. - Working knowledge of embedding a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens into recruitment, selection, and hiring practices. - Experience conducting behavioral and structured interviews. - Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and cultivate effective relationships with diverse audiences. - Highly developed written and oral communication skills with the ability to speak and present information clearly and engagingly. - Strong marketing skills with proven ability to create engaging recruitment campaigns and lead employment branding initiatives. - Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines. - Excellent organizational, coordination, problem-solving, and time management skills, including planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining an eye for detail. - Proven project management skills with the ability to translate plans into action. - Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and job boards. - Excellent data analysis skills with experience synthesizing data to drive action steps. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (i.e., MS Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook).
