About the Role:
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (SEO, SEM & Growth) to lead the digital acquisition strategy and elevate WattMonk's online presence. This role blends performance marketing, content strategy, and analytics - driving inbound growth through SEO, SEM, and digital brand storytelling.
You'll own the end-to-end digital marketing ecosystem - optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance, and ensuring WattMonk's brand reaches the right audience, at the right time, across the right channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, and social media to drive qualified traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct in-depth SEO audits (site structure, internal linking, content optimization) and implement strategies that improve organic visibility.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Bing Ads, and social platforms to ensure ROI-driven performance.
- Analyze key SEO and SEM metrics (traffic trends, keyword rankings, CTR, CPC, conversions) and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Partner with content, design, and product teams to create SEO-friendly content and digital assets aligned with brand objectives.
- Develop and execute content calendars, and manage social media campaigns that strengthen engagement and brand recall.
- Own email marketing automation and nurture funnels to boost customer retention and engagement.
- Leverage Google Data Studio and Analytics to track campaign success and present insights to leadership.
- Stay ahead of the curve on digital marketing trends, algorithms, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Deep understanding of SEO/SEM principles, keyword research, and search algorithms.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Bing Ads campaigns.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager, and related tools.
- Solid grasp of WordPress, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS basics for on-page optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling ability.
- Proficient in email marketing automation tools and CRM integrations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Education & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, and campaign performance.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or renewable energy domains is a plus.
