Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff - Strategy, Research & Operations to work closely with the leadership team on strategic planning, market research, operational excellence, and client engagement. This multifaceted role requires a proactive professional who can manage cross-functional initiatives, drive business insights, and support leadership in decision-making and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Support the CEO and leadership team in defining and implementing strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
- Manage key projects, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of critical business objectives.
- Drive alignment across teams through structured communication and coordination.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Research international markets to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and competitors.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to provide actionable insights that shape business strategy.
- Prepare research-based reports and recommendations for leadership review.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a point of contact for key clients and partners, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
- Support leadership in managing client relationships, feedback, and strategic engagements.
- Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and performance reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to integrate research and client insights into business initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to drive efficiency and process improvements.
Travel & Operations Management:
- Plan, organize, and manage travel schedules and itineraries for the CEO
- Ensure seamless coordination for client visits, events, and business trips.
Reporting & Communication:
- Create executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports summarizing key insights and performance metrics.
- Facilitate communication between leadership and teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, Strategy, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Strategy Analyst, Project Manager, or Market Research Associate, ideally in a tech or product-based company.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience managing client relationships and coordinating executive travel is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
