Role : Marketing Manager (AI Experience) Shift : Day Shift Location : Gurugram We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in AI to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications, enabling them to effectively communicate our technological advantages to both technical and non-technical audiences. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our AI-driven products/services. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights within the AI space. - Create compelling marketing content including website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations. - Collaborate with the product development team to translate technical features into clear benefits for customers. - Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email marketing) to generate leads and drive brand awareness. - Analyze marketing data (conversion rates, web analytics, ROI) to optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies. - Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media, and partners to enhance brand visibility. - Stay up-to-date with AI industry trends and advancements to ensure our marketing strategies remain cutting-edge. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus. - Proven experience (3+ years) as a Marketing Manager, preferably in a technology-driven environment with a focus on AI. - Solid understanding of AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision) and their business applications. - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content. - Experience in digital marketing techniques and tools (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media analytics). - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges. - Team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
