Job Type: Full time Location: Gurgaon Shift - 3 PM - 12 AM (Male Candidates Only) Responsibilities: - Employee Documentation & Filing: Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation maintenance. - New Hire Induction and Orientation: Facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs to acclimate new employees to the company culture and processes. - Daily HR Guidance: Collaborate with line management to provide consistent HR support and advice on employee-related matters. - Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making. - Employee Relations & Grievance Resolution: Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and supportive workplace. - Workplace Improvement: Partner with management and employees to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and increase productivity and retention. - HR Policy Guidance: Offer clear and concise guidance on HR policies to ensure organizational compliance and understanding. - Training Needs Assessment: Identify and address training needs for teams and individuals to foster professional growth and development. - HR Strategy Development: Propose innovative HR strategies to align with organizational goals and enhance overall performance. - Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to engage employees, promote a positive work environment, and increase overall job satisfaction. Requirements and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field. - Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner, with 2-4 years of relevant experience. - Communication & People Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to manage and influence people. - Analytical & Presentation Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations. - Labor Legislation Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor laws and regulations. - HR Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of all HR functions and best practices - Male Candidates Only
