Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) Responsibilities: - Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring a positive and consistent employee experience. This includes onboarding, training and development, performance management, succession planning, and offboarding. - Strategic HR Advisory: Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing expert HR guidance on a wide range of issues including workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and change management. Align HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success. - Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, morale, and productivity. Foster a positive workplace culture by developing recognition programs, conducting surveys, and organizing team-building activities. - Policy Development & Compliance: Lead the creation, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date, compliant with labor laws, and aligned with the company's values and objectives. Regularly update and communicate policies to ensure adherence and understanding across the organization. - HR Analytics: Leverage HR data and analytics to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions. Track key HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and productivity levels to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Compensation & Benefits: Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and fair remuneration packages. Provide guidance on salary reviews, promotions, and benefits to ensure alignment with market standards and internal equity. - Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and employees. Act as a trusted advisor to both management and staff, facilitating communication and ensuring HR practices support business needs. - Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by managing the human side of change. Develop and execute change management strategies that minimize resistance and maximize employee adoption of new processes and systems. - Cascading Culture & Team Management: Work with leadership to effectively cascade the company culture across all levels of the organization. Ensure that teams are managed in alignment with the company's values, fostering a cohesive and motivated workforce. Demonstrate strong team management and people management skills, ensuring effective collaboration, development, and performance within the HR team. - Disciplinary & Grievance Management: Provide expert advice on handling employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievance procedures. Ensure that all actions are compliant with legal requirements and company policies, while also fostering a fair and consistent approach. - Exit Management: Manage the offboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees. Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and provide insights to improve retention strategies and enhance the overall employee experience. Qualifications: - Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 6-8 years of progressive experience in an HRBP or similar role, with a strong track record in strategic HR management. - Prior experience in talent acquisition, with a solid understanding of recruitment strategies and practices. - In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations, particularly in India. - Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels. - Proven experience in managing complex HR projects and driving organizational change. - Demonstrated ability as a strong team manager and people manager, capable of developing and leading HR teams effectively. - Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and MS Office suite. - HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent is preferred.
