Job description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader Sales with prior experience as a Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate will be smart, highly enthusiastic, and an excellent communicator who can lead by example, motivate teams, and consistently drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor daily sales activities, performance metrics, and conversion ratios.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to align sales goals with business objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to senior management.
- Foster a positive, high-energy, and performance-oriented team culture.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring abilities.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to work.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently.
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in B2B will be an added advantage.
Work Location: Thane, West.
Work Timing: 9.30am to 6.30pm.
