Role Summary:
This role supports warranty operations through data analysis, claims validation, and coordination with dealers to ensure compliance and efficiency in warranty reimbursement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate and process dealer warranty claims within defined timelines.
- Monitor claim accuracy, part return compliance, and documentation.
- Analyze claim data to detect anomalies and report trends.
- Support policy enforcement and dealer communication.
- Maintain warranty database and MIS reports for leadership review.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and service documentation.
- Strong process and compliance orientation.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 13-15 years of experience in warranty administration or service quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
Preferred Background:
- Experience using OEM warranty systems or claim management tools.
