Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Warehousing Head to lead our large-scale logistics and distribution operations across Madhya Pradesh. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the entire warehousing ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between inventory flow, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery. You will work closely with regional supply chain heads, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization. By spearheading process excellence initiatives and leveraging advanced warehouse management systems, you will directly impact our business scalability, customer satisfaction levels, and overall supply chain agility in a high-growth market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple sites in Madhya Pradesh to ensure high throughput and strict adherence to service level agreements for our customers.

- Implement robust inventory management protocols to maintain 99%+ stock accuracy and minimize shrinkage across all regional distribution centers.

- Drive process excellence by identifying bottlenecks in the supply chain and deploying lean methodologies to reduce operational costs and improve cycle times.

- Lead and mentor large cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance to meet ambitious business targets.

- Manage the digital transformation of warehouse workflows by optimizing SAP WM configurations to ensure real-time visibility and data-driven decision-making.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to synchronize inbound and outbound movements, ensuring uninterrupted product availability for the end consumer.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, high-volume warehousing operations with a proven track record of scaling logistics infrastructure.

- Advanced proficiency in SAP WM, with the ability to leverage system capabilities to drive operational transparency and process automation.

- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable operational plans for regional teams.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead diverse teams across multiple geographical locations.

- Proven ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and operational continuity under pressure.

- A postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.

- 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in supply chain and warehouse management, with a deep understanding of the regional logistics landscape in India.
