One of the leading Logistics company are looking to hire Warehouse House Operations Manager - Apparel Business. Warehouse Operations Management - Lead and supervise all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. - Optimize layout and workflow for storing, picking, and packing apparel goods. - Monitor and improve KPIs related to order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and turnaround times. Team Leadership - Manage and motivate warehouse staff, including supervisors, forklift operators, and pickers/packers. - Plan and assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure training and development. Inventory Management - Oversee inventory control systems to maintain accuracy and prevent shrinkage or loss. - Coordinate with procurement and planning teams to ensure appropriate stock levels. Shipping & Receiving - Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. - Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers for efficient delivery scheduling and cost control. Health, Safety & Compliance - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. - Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and industry regulations. Technology & Systems - Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or ERP systems to track inventory and order processing. - Identify opportunities for automation or process improvements. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or related field preferred. - 10+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry. - Handling Large enterprise.
