Warehouse Now is a fast-growing, profitable, technology-enabled warehousing and supply-chain company operating across India. We provide warehousing, 3PL, logistics and infrastructure solutions to enterprise customers across industries.

We are now entering the next phase of scale and are looking for a COO who can build and lead the operating engine for that growth.

The Role:

The COO will own the overall operating performance of Warehouse Now and will be responsible for building a scalable, process-driven, customer-focused and financially disciplined organisation.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can both run today's operations and build the systems, people and processes required for the next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own performance of Warehouse Now's multi-location warehousing and 3PL operations across India.

- Drive customer experience, SLA adherence and resolution of critical customer escalations.

- Own operational P&L, productivity, margins, cost control and location-level profitability.

- Build and enforce SOPs, operating controls, dashboards and performance-review mechanisms.

- Build a strong procurement and vendor-management function focused on cost, quality and service.

- Develop a standardised playbook for new warehouse launches, ramp-up and stabilisation.

- Drive operational excellence, productivity improvement and continuous cost optimisation.

- Build strong regional, city and warehouse leadership teams with clear accountability.

- Drive adoption of WMS, analytics, automation, AI and other technology-enabled operating systems.

- Establish a culture of ownership, accountability and permanent resolution of recurring problems.

- Work closely with the Founder/CEO to scale the business while progressively reducing founder dependency in day-to-day operations.

What We Are Looking For:

- 15 - 20+ years of experience, with significant leadership experience in 3PL, warehousing, logistics, supply chain, fulfilment, distribution or a comparable multi-location operating business.

- Proven experience managing geographically distributed operations, large teams, customers, vendors and operating budgets.

- Strong P&L and commercial orientation, with the ability to connect operational decisions to profitability.

- Demonstrated experience in scaling operations and building processes and leadership teams.

- Strong customer-management and escalation-handling skills.

- Comfortable with technology, data, automation and AI as operating levers.

- Hands-on, decisive, high ownership and comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving organisation.

- Low ego, strong people leadership and ability to hold senior teams accountable.
