Warehouse Manager/Store Manager - Retail

Responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch for retail/e-commerce distribution centers.

Job Summary:

- The Warehouse Manager / Store Manager will be responsible for managing warehouse operations to ensure smooth and accurate handling of inventory, order processing, and dispatch activities.

- The role requires strong leadership in managing teams, optimizing warehouse space, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring on-time order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in warehouse operations within the retail or e-commerce industry, strong process orientation, and a proven ability to drive efficiency and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and outbound logistics.

- Ensure accurate inventory management through proper stock audits and control measures.

- Manage daily order fulfillment and dispatch planning as per SLA.

- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely movement of goods.

- Implement warehouse best practices to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.

- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards within the warehouse.

- Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and performance monitoring.

- Handle warehouse automation systems (WMS, barcode, RFID, etc.) efficiently.

- Collaborate with 3PL partners and monitor their performance.

- Prepare MIS reports and track KPIs (inventory accuracy, dispatch turnaround, etc.).

Experience & Qualifications:

- Graduate / MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management.

- 6-12 years of experience in warehouse or store operations in Retail / E-commerce companies.

- Hands-on experience with WMS / ERP systems and inventory control.

- Strong leadership, team management, and analytical skills.

- Ability to handle large-scale warehouse operations and 3PL coordination.
