Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager for our FMCG operations to oversee the end-to-end warehouse, inventory, and distribution processes. The role involves supervising warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, dispatch of products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and enforcing health, safety, hygiene and security standards. The Warehouse Manager will lead a team, optimize warehouse layout and workflow, and ensure high standards of service quality consistent with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage receiving, warehousing, distribution, and dispatch operations for FMCG products.

- Maintain inventory control: track stock levels, reconcile data with storage/warehouse management systems, manage bin accuracy, and minimize dead/missing stock.

- Plan and optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiencies and streamline processes.

- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and enforce compliance with regulatory/ safety/ hygiene standards (e.g. 5S, health & safety, security) within the warehouse.

- Lead, coach and manage warehouse staff: recruit, train, assign tasks, plan work rotas/shifts, monitor performance, and maintain a positive working environment.

- Generate regular operational reports and statistics (e.g. inbound/outbound status, stock reports, dead stock, productivity metrics), analyze performance, and recommend improvements.

- Work with other departments (e.g. procurement, logistics, dispatch) to coordinate inbound and outbound operations and ensure KPIs are met consistently.
