Warehouse Manager - FMCG

About the Role:

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple storage locations within KSA. The role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, leading 12 warehouse staffs, and optimizing operational efficiency through SAP systems (MM/WM modules).

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily warehouse operations across multiple storage locations in KSA, including oil rigs and camp warehouses.

- Supervise and guide warehouse staff across all locations to ensure process adherence.

- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, material handling, and product distribution.

- Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure proper FIFO / FEFO implementation.

- Utilize SAP (MM/WM) for inventory movement, stock reconciliation, and reporting.

- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality departments for smooth operations.

- Monitor temperature-controlled environments to ensure food safety compliance.

- Conduct periodic audits and prepare warehouse performance reports.

- Implement process improvements for efficiency, safety, and cost optimization.

Required Skills and Competencies:

- Must have minimum 10 years of working experience in warehouse management.

- Must have working experience in SAP MM or WM.

- Prior Middle East working experience is a must.

- Certification in SAP (MM/WM) or APICS / CSCP preferred.

- Proven leadership and team management abilities.

- Knowledge of SASO and SFDA food storage and safety standards. Excellent understanding of FMCG / F&B warehouse operations.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills for inventory and logistics challenges.
