Warehouse Manager - D2C

Strong experience in warehouse operations including inventory control, staffing, order fulfillment, inbound & outbound logistics, and warehouse efficiency.

Role Description:

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the warehouse operations including inventory control, staffing, order fulfillment, inbound & outbound logistics, and warehouse efficiency. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination across functions to support our ecommerce and retail supply chain.

OKR:

- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

- Implement and monitor SOPs to optimize space utilization, reduce turnaround time, and ensure safety compliance.

- Lead a team of warehouse staff and supervisors; ensure performance tracking and training.

- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams for timely order processing and replenishment.

- Ensure all customer orders are dispatched correctly, on time, and with zero errors.

- Analyze KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full), inventory shrinkage, and warehouse throughput to improve performance.

- Manage 3PL vendors (if any) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
