About the Role :

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations in Singapore. The role involves managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth logistics and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a focus on efficiency, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution.

- Oversee inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.

- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures.

- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity and compliance with safety standards.

- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and procurement teams to streamline operations.

- Ensure timely order fulfillment and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency.

- Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.

- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

- Proven leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Open to relocating to Singapore.
