They have more than:  - 4,50,000 sq ft of factory built-up land.  - 7,30,000 sq ft of ware house space.  - 200 Marketing and administrative staff  - 3,000 Production force  - 1,600 Distributors  - 16,000 Dealers  Please find below Job Description for the same.  Position: Regional Head - Sales / Marketing / Operations  Responsibilities   - Day to Day management of sales and marketing activities with special emphasis on ground level activities (Operations)  - Leading and Motivating a team to ensure perfect management of distribution network and projects to ensure Target based Sales.  - Counter strategy to take on the opponents in a fiercely competitive market.   - Depot Management.  Desired profile of the candidate   - Age under 48 years. Preferably from FMCG, Paint /Adhesive or Building Material industry with experience in handling a large Region with minimum 50 crores p.a. business and leading a team of ASMs.  Desired work experience:   - Total experience minimum 15 Years.
