What You'll Do:
1. Lead the content strategy for WanderOn's LinkedIn and Twitter, aligned with the brand's business, marketing, and talent goals.
2. Build and maintain a distinct brand voice that's credible, witty, and culturally relevant across both platforms.
3. Plan and execute monthly content calendars, integrating campaigns, product launches, and storytelling moments.
4. Craft high-performing content - from viral threads and trend takes to long-form thought leadership and brand storytelling.
5. Collaborate with creators and brands for co-branded posts, thought leadership series, and influencer-led content that drives awareness and trust.
6. Work with the design and video teams to produce engaging visuals, carousels, and short-form video snippets that enhance narrative impact.
7. Support leadership in building their personal brand through posts, articles, and engagement strategies on LinkedIn.
8. Engage and grow our professional audience - travellers, partners, creators, and potential talent - through active participation and insights.
9. Monitor analytics and performance data to inform content decisions and optimize for engagement, reach, and credibility.
10. Stay ahead of trends in travel, content marketing, and the creator economy to identify timely opportunities for collaboration and storytelling.
Who You Are:
1. 3+ of experience in content or social media strategy, ideally within lifestyle, travel, or youth brands.
2. Deep understanding of LinkedIn and Twitter ecosystems, algorithms, and content formats that perform.
3. Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills - you can make even an industry insight sound like a conversation.
4. Strategic thinker with a balance of creativity and data literacy.
5. Experience with brand partnerships and creator collaborations, from ideation to execution.
6. Naturally curious about marketing trends, start-ups, culture, and the travel industry.
7. Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams.
