Job Description:

Walter Bushnell is seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead our marketing efforts in the General segment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, brand management, team leadership, and driving growth initiatives for assigned product portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and brand plans for gynecology products.

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

- Collaborate with medical, regulatory, sales, and R&D teams to support the product lifecycle.

- Create promotional materials and execute campaigns aligned with product positioning.

- Drive product training and development for the sales team.

- Monitor and analyze brand performance and optimize plans accordingly.

- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor a team of product executives or assistant product managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (MBA in Marketing preferred).

- Proven to + years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, specifically in the General segment.

- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.

- Demonstrated success in brand building, team management, and market analysis.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
