We are seeking a Director, People Partner to work with senior leaders in our Walmart US organizations. In this role, you'll focus on driving people strategy and execution, transforming the business, and setting the talent agenda for the function. You'll influence leaders, work cross-functionally, and collaborate with the COE team on topics such as Culture Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and attracting amazing talent.
