
Key Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition (Core Focus)
- Drive end-to-end sales for new logo acquisition in the enterprise segment
- Identify, target, and convert high-value prospects into long-term clients
- Build a strong and sustainable pipeline through direct hunting and self-generated leads
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Revenue Ownership
- Consistently achieve and exceed annual revenue targets of USD 3M+
- Maintain strong forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility
- Ensure high conversion ratios across the sales funnel
Client Engagement & Transition
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Successfully onboard and stabilize new clients
- Transition accounts to Account Managers / Sales teams for further growth post-acquisition
Market Expansion
- Leverage strong understanding of the Indian enterprise market
- Drive business development efforts in South East Asia markets
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities to expand market presence
Ecosystem & Partnerships
- Leverage deep connections within the Microsoft (MS) partnership ecosystem
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate deal closures
- Unlock immediate opportunities through an existing strong network and pipeline
Key Requirements
- 14-16 years of experience in enterprise IT services sales
- Proven track record of new logo acquisition (hunter profile is mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve USD 3M+ annual sales targets
- Strong exposure to Indian enterprise clients and buying cycles
- Working familiarity with South East Asian markets
- Deep engagement within the Microsoft ecosystem (must-have)
- Strong pipeline that can be activated immediately
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with strong drive for growth
