The Assistant Manager - HR will act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, enabling effective employee relations, performance management, and stakeholder alignment across multi-location and culturally diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders on employee management, people decisions, and organizational effectiveness.
- Manage employee relations and grievance handling across teams spread over multiple locations in India and other geographies, ensuring fair, timely, and compliant resolution.
- Drive the end-to-end performance management framework, including goal alignment, reviews, appraisals, and performance improvement interventions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to anticipate people risks, support workforce decisions, and enable business continuity across diverse operating environments.
- Manage HR operations and people practices for teams across varied geographies and cultures, ensuring consistency while respecting local nuances.
- Champion a culture of inclusivity, equity, and respect, with demonstrated experience in managing culturally diverse and distributed teams.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, governance, and statutory compliance.
- Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that reinforce leadership values and a high-performance culture.
