
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the strategy, execution, and lifecycle management of software products within our gaming technology portfolio.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven product professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate business needs into high-quality, scalable solutions.
The Senior Product Owner will work closely with engineering, data, design, QA, and senior business stakeholders to make informed product decisions and execute product strategies that support the companys long-term growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Ownership:
- Define and execute product roadmaps and backlogs aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market insights.
- Specify market and customer requirements through close interaction with customers, field service teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Document product challenges, opportunities, and success criteria to guide development and decision-making.
Execution & Delivery:
- Drive new feature development from start to finish by:
1. Writing clear product requirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
2. Defining delivery timelines and priorities in partnership with engineering and QA teams.
3. Working cross-functionally with engineering, data, design, and QA in an Agile environment.
4. Experience in JIRA and in designing/wireframing tools such as Balsamiq and Figma.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality in day-to-day product management activities, including:
1. Drafting, refining, and validating product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
2. Synthesizing customer feedback, support tickets, and field insights into actionable product inputs.
- Support AI-enabled efficiencies across the delivery lifecycle, including:
1. Backlog refinement and sprint planning.
2. Test case creation and defect triage.
3. Product documentation, release notes, and training materials.
- Ensure all product and project requirements, objectives, and dependencies are clearly documented and communicated.
- Perform and support user acceptance testing (UAT), identifying defects, enhancements, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Plan and manage product roadmaps and releases using Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to align on product vision, priorities, and delivery trade-offs.
- Develop and deliver clear, concise presentations and updates for internal and external audiences.
- Work closely with UX designers to ensure products deliver an intuitive, seamless, and high-quality user experience.
Documentation & Enablement:
- Assist with the development and distribution of product documentation, including:
1. Product requirements and specifications
2. Release notes
3. Regulatory documentation requests
4. Training and enablement materials
Required Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management.
- Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and maintaining software products in a cross-functional environment.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); familiarity with Waterfall is a plus.
- Domain experience or familiarity with the casino or gaming industry is preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Practical experience using AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, documentation quality, and decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear product actions.
- Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams on complex software systems.
