The USP of the brand lies in the fact that its products are made after extensive customer interviews and extensive research. Responsibilities : - Tableau, SQL and Power BI knowledge will be a plus. Manage performance marketing operations - coordinate with team members, create and execute strategies to get best ROI from channels, create monthly projections and implementation plan - Drive performance marketing efficiency: Closely monitoring day-to-day optimizations to ensure campaign performance is efficient. - Identifying growth opportunities for the business: Take inputs from campaigns to derive data-driven recommendations for the business. - Reporting: Assist the team when it comes to ad hoc data pulls and audits of campaign performance. - Prior experience in performance marketing platforms is highly preferred (be it internships, jobs, or side projects) - Main platforms: Google and Facebook - Expertise in running ecommerce campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces. - Should be well versed in both Marketplaces - how to use the dashboards, derive insights and optimize campaigns. - Comfort with spreadsheets / google sheets is mandatory. Tableau, SQL and Power BI knowledge will be a plus.
