Job Description:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive visual merchandising strategy that aligns with the company's brand identity and sales goals.

- Collaborate with senior management to set visual merchandising objectives and KPIs.

- Oversee the creation and execution of visual merchandising plans, including store layouts, window displays, and in-store signage.

- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained across all retail locations.

- In-Store Experience - Design and oversee the execution of in-store experiences, including layout, merchandising, and customer service practices.

- Ensure that store environments are engaging, welcoming, and aligned with brand standards.

Team Leadership:

- Train and support store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.

- Foster a customer-centric culture within the team through regular coaching, workshops, and performance feedback.

- Customer Journey Mapping - Develop and implement customer journey maps to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement.

- Use insights from customer journey analysis to refine in-store processes and interactions.

- Innovation and Best Practices - Stay informed about emerging trends in retail and customer experience, and integrate innovative solutions into store operations.

- Implement best practices for customer engagement, including digital tools, loyalty programs, and personalized services.

Performance Metrics:

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer experience and store performance.

- Analyze data and feedback to assess the effectiveness of experience initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
