Measurement - NSO Count Target vs Achievement Reduce Dead Rentals. - Avg Fit out time. - Cost of Fit out per sft, without compromising the quality. - Achievement against first year sales projection. - Achievement against desired Rent to Revenue. - Reduce the avg Brokerage Days. - Status of Agreements and Licenses. Qualification - MBA/PGDM with at least 10 Years of Experience. - At least 8 Years of experience in Retail. - Candidates with working experience across multiple regions will be preferred - Strong Negotiation Skills. - High on Energy. - Team Management Experience. Experience in Retail BD for at least 5 Years.
