Role Overview:

The Entrepreneur In Residence (EIR) role is designed for seasoned founders or co-founders who thrive in high-growth, ambiguous environments. You will act as a strategic force multiplier, working directly with the leadership team to identify, incubate, and scale new business verticals or optimize existing operational bottlenecks. This role involves deep cross-functional collaboration, where you will bridge the gap between product innovation, business operations, and long-term corporate strategy to drive measurable P&L impact. You will be expected to take full ownership of high-stakes projects, navigating the complexities of a fast-paced startup to deliver sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end incubation of new business lines to diversify revenue streams and capture emerging market opportunities.

- Drive strategic initiatives across business operations to improve unit economics and operational efficiency.

- Partner with product and engineering teams to refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs.

- Manage full P&L accountability for assigned projects, ensuring rigorous financial discipline and growth targets are met.

- Facilitate fundraising efforts and investor relations by preparing detailed business cases and growth projections.

- Mentor internal teams and foster a culture of leadership development to build high-performing units within the organization.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to build and scale businesses from the ground up, with a proven track record as a founder or co-founder.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable corporate strategy and operational improvements.

- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and managing cross-functional teams effectively.

- Deep expertise in P&L management, product lifecycle, and business operations within a high-growth startup environment.

- Educational background from premier institutes such as IIM, ISB, MDI, FMS, IIT, NIT, or BITS is highly preferred.

- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating high adaptability and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

- 4 - 10 years of professional experience in leadership or entrepreneurial roles.
