About the Role:


- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented APM/PM with a strong background in supply chain to join our team.

- In this role, you will collaborate with Engineering and Business teams to define and deliver product solutions that enhance operational efficiency and align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development:

- Collaborate with engineering, and operations teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

- Monitor product metrics and use data-driven insights to inform iterations and enhancements.

- Build and maintain dashboards using SQL or other analytics tools.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Act as a bridge between Engineering and business teams such as Control tower, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer Experience.

- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Documentation:

- Create and maintain product specifications, user stories, release notes, and training materials to support development and adoption.

Qualification:

Education: Bachelor/Masters degree, MBA from tier-1 institute preferable

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in product-facing role within supply chain operations (Warehousing, Logistics and Planning)

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and dashboard building.

Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

Communication:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to articulate technical and operational concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration & Ownership:

- Ability to work cross-functionally, lead initiatives without direct authority, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Project Management:

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to track progress across multiple initiatives and meet deadlines consistently
