Sales & Proposal Management : Secure targeted Orders as per signed off Budget/F0 Forecast for the year by doing one of more of the following activities :  1. Secure In principle approval from Management at the inception stage of the enquiry  2. Enhance opportunity size by effective collaboration / alignment in every activity and reducing the duplication  3. Enable Bid/No Bid decision as per LOA with quality data analytics for effective decision making  4. Budgetary quotes and unsolicited bid preparation and submission  5. Obtain necessary quotes, inputs etc from Cluster - Marketing, Proposal, Sales, Legal, Secretarial, Finance, Treasury, Commercial. Where there is challenge in securing proposal from inhouse, network and secure alternative proposals from other competitive sources that are acceptable to Wabag (check for acceptability proactively)  6. Prepare Due Diligence Report on prospective partners and customers  7. Handling Pre-bid queries, attending pre-bid meeting, attend Bid opening meetings  8. Preparation & submission of competitive proposals (RFP). Use benchmarking effectively for securing competitive proposals.  9. Management approvals for : a) Bid approval b) Approval for proposal submission c) Approval for signing of contract  10. Handover process from Sales to Execution  Salary Offered : 8 - 15 LPA
