Role Overview

Job Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to join our Retail team at Waaree. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Dealer Management System, driving- process- excellence initiatives, and drafting policies for the retail business. Additionally, they'll create board meeting decks and share sales MIS reports with the business head, while working closely with them on P&L management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implementation of Dealer Management System: Manage all phases of the project, including setup, execution, and monitoring.

- Process- Excellence Initiatives: Identify areas for- process- optimization and improvement, and implement changes to enhance retail business operations.

- Policy Development: Draft and maintain policies for the retail business, including distributor policy, incentive policy, and other necessary policies.

- Reporting and Analysis: Create board meeting decks and share sales MIS reports on a monthly, weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

- P&L Management: Work closely with the business head to understand and manage P&L, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
