Founded by serial technology entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist Sunil Wadhwani, W Health invests in and incubates early-stage companies that address critical unmet healthcare needs leveraging technology and AI in the US and India. We are creating a "Venture Studio" for Digital Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in healthcare. Distinct from the venture capital and accelerator approach, our venture studio will be closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions for growing the new business. What You Will Do : You will be the key internal influencer to business/founders to hire competently for their core execution team across non-tech roles: - Sales (online and offline) - Business operations - Clinic operations and experience (offline) - Content and design In addition, you will work closely with business/founders to ensure stellar employee retention and experience through proactive and reaction interventions, such as: - Designing employee onboarding charters - Executing Employee Training Events - Owning Employee Grievance Addressal Processes What You Need to Have : - Postgraduate in HR/ Masters in psychology /MBA in HR from premier institutes. - Minimum 4-7 years of talent acquisition and management experience for non-tech roles in a fast-growing start-up (preferred but not mandatory) - Proficiency in handling any job portals (Naukri, Linkedin, IIMJobs) for talent acquisition - Comfortable in initiating agency relationships - Prior experience in healthcare is a plus (not mandatory) - High Order of Empathy - Excellent articulation and communication skills - Ambitious and comfortable with a fast-paced environment - Long-term view of the job What's On Offer - A non-hierarchical performance as well as fun oriented work environment - Hand-in-glove opportunity to work with established founders and business leadership to build 0 to 1 core talent - Industry best compensation and equity for stellar candidates - Continuous growth opportunities
