The candidate will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing our GTM strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for uncovering insights from data to accelerate our company's growth. This is a 0 to 1 cross-functional role and will be at an intersection of business, marketing, and product. Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Insights: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and interpret data related to marketing campaigns, user behavior, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to guide marketing strategies and drive business growth & optimization. - Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. - Deliver in-depth analysis of the overall financial and operational performance of the business (financial, operational, marketing, sales, etc.), identify red flags, and propose ways to bridge them (ad hoc) A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of different marketing strategies, messaging, and creative assets. Project Management: End-to-end managing the project timelines as well as execution with the relevant stakeholders. Competitor Analysis: Analyse competitor marketing strategies & provide insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to guide decision-making. Product Integrations: - Work closely with the Product team to integrate/implement any third-party tools. - Automating reports & dashboards for day-to-day business tracking & leadership summary - Troubleshoot for any business impact due to product/system failure & do a detailed RCA with the tech team. - Understand the end-to-end backend & frontend process to efficiently handle the tools. - Design a BRD for the product team to implement any business requirements. CRM/CLM: - Handle leads & patient database through Zoho CRM - Design CLM triggers & wireframing based on consumer journey & insights. P&L Management: Handle the P&L of our portfolio company considering all cost & revenue channels. Keep a close track of P&L and updated leadership on a timely basis. Collaboration and Communication: - Be a go-to person for any data-related insights & be an analytical first partner to designers, content writers, team leads - Communicate findings and insights clearly and concisely through presentations, reports, and meetings. Requirements: 1. 3-6 years of demonstrated experience of working in high growth startup (Mandatory) 2. Demonstrated experience in Business Analytics or Consulting (Mandatory) MBA, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred. 3. Education from top tier colleges NITs/IITs/BITs (Preferred) 4. Prior experience in healthcare or 0 to 1 organisation is a plus (not Mandatory) 5. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel & SQL. Hands on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI 6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. 7. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations. 8. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement. 9. Strong Business acumen & structured problem-solving approach to derive actionable insights out of data. 10.
