Position Details:

Position: Project Manager

Experience: 8-10 Years

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate / 15-30 Days Preferred.

Key Skills:

- Strong experience in Project Management and end-to-end project delivery

- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & Advanced Excel

- Hands-on experience with Jira for project/task tracking

- Strong experience with Azure DevOps for work item, sprint, backlog, and project tracking

- Proven experience working with the Waterfall methodology

- Project planning, scheduling, tracking, and status reporting

- Risk, issue, dependency, and change management

- Stakeholder management and client communication

- Resource planning and allocation

- Budget and project timeline tracking

- Preparation of project dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations

- Strong documentation and reporting skills

- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional technical and business teams

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects from initiation through successful delivery and closure

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, trackers, and dashboards

- Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables

- Use Advanced Excel for project reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and tracking

- Manage tasks, work items, and project activities using Jira and Azure DevOps

- Follow and manage projects using the Waterfall model

- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide reports to stakeholders

- Identify risks and issues and drive timely resolution

- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients

- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget

- Maintain project documentation and governance reports

Preferred Candidate:

- 8+ years of overall experience in Project Management

- Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel

- Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps

- Strong understanding of Waterfall methodology

- Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Requirements:

- 5+ years of work experience with Microsoft Azure

- 6+ years of work experience with Microsoft Excel

- 5+ years of work experience with Jira
