We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Architecture and Engineering firm.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth, particularly in the construction, real estate, infrastructure, or design services sectors.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify new business opportunities through research, industry events, digital platforms, and networking.


- Client Acquisition: Reach out to prospective clients including real estate developers, corporates, government agencies, and contractors to pitch architectural and engineering services.


- Proposal & Presentation Development: Collaborate with the technical team to create compelling proposals, capability decks, and bids (RFPs/RFQs).


- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders to ensure repeat business.


- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, meetings, and closures.


- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with the design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure alignment of client expectations and project deliverables.


- Brand Representation: Represent the firm at industry events, exhibitions, and forums to enhance visibility and generate leads.


Key Requirements:


- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


- Ability to understand design and engineering service offerings.


- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal documentation
