TEST/QA MANAGER - E-Commerce

End to end Test managers in, Retail commerce , large projects, retail commerce and POS systems, integration of commerce platform to Order Management, Shipping, Warehouse, Payment integrators.

Managing multi time zone teams in QA / SIT / UAT , preparing test data conditions, preparing test cases, executing and coordinating large scale testing initiatives, reporting to the program management etc.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Review requirement documents to understand application functionality.

- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional and design requirements.

- Write comprehensive test cases based on regulatory restrictions and business requirements.

- Evaluate and test new or modified systems to verify functionality meets stated user requirements.

- Conduct functional, regression and performance testing and facilitate meetings for User Accepted

Testing (UAT) sessions across multiple operating systems, browsers and mobile devices.

- Troubleshoot and investigate reported issues.

- Work closely with development teams in resolving functional issues.

- Support code deployments with post-deployment functional testing.

- Create, maintain and review software documentation.

Key Competencies/Requirements :

- At least 8+ years of previous QA experience, in a retail, e-commerce environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong functional knowledge of web and mobile applications.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Task-oriented with the ability to initiate work with minimal guidance
