Vy Systems - Director - Fund Raising & Investor Relations

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

- Build & run the investor pipeline VCs, angels, family offices, PE, strategics across every active entity.

- Lead fundraises end-to-end: materials, data rooms, outreach, diligence, close.

- Right-fit each raise early-stage pitch for our SaaS/AI ventures vs. PE & strategic exit conversations elsewhere.

- Own investor relationships post-close updates, cadence.

- Partner directly with the founder on cap table & deal structure.

IDEAL PROFILE:

- Track record raising capital (VC / growth equity / PE) across company stages.

- Strong, active network among investors relevant to SaaS, AI, IT services & staffing.

- Comfortable running multiple raises across multiple entities in parallel.

- Sharp with financial narratives, cap tables, and deal structuring.
