Role Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Director Operations based in Hyderabad.
- The Associate Director will oversee daily operations, drive process improvement, and ensure operational excellence across assigned projects or programs.
- Responsibilities include managing team performance and productivity, maintaining compliance with policies and procedures, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and achievement of business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and develop talent.
- Proficiency in process improvement, operational management, and customer experience enhancement.
- Experience in business strategy, planning, and execution with a focus on achieving business outcomes.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, with expertise in reporting and business analytics for decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills to meet client and team needs effectively.
- Relevant experience in BPO or customer service operations is preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Flexible and adaptable with a proactive and outcome-driven mindset.
