Head of SAP (Operations)
- Own the SAP roadmap and strategy for the organization.
- Ensure SAP aligns with business objectives across finance, supply chain, production, and quality.
- Plan and drive upgrades, migrations (S/4HANA), and new module rollouts.
- Standardize processes and ensure adherence to best practices and compliance requirements.
- Functional & Technical Leadership across SAP Modules like - FICO, PP, MM, SD, PM, WM, QM
- Project & Change Management
- Team & Vendor management
- Business & Stakeholder Engagement
- Experience: 10-15 years of SAP experience with multi-module leadership exposure.
- Proven expertise in at least 2-3 core modules (FICO, PP, MM, SD, WM) and strong understanding of others.
- Prior experience in manufacturing industry (preferably electronics/discrete manufacturing).
- Strong track record of SAP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades (S/4HANA exposure preferred).
- Good knowledge of integration points (MES, PLM, CRM, SCM, IoT).
- Leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with CXOs, business leaders, and shop floor team
