ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Manager - owns the company's paid growth engine across digital channels, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI. This role combines deep hands-on expertise with strategic planning, experimentation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and scale paid acquisition across channels: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Twitter/X, programmatic, affiliates
- Define and optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel conversion metrics
- Build experimentation roadmaps (A/B testing, creative testing, landing pages)
- Identify new growth channels and scaling opportunities
- Develop performance marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Own quarterly and annual paid media planning and forecasting
- Allocate budgets dynamically based on performance and ROI
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Brand teams on GTM initiatives
- Deep dive into funnel metrics (impressions - conversion - revenue)
- Own attribution models, dashboards, and reporting
- Leverage data to identify insights, growth levers, and inefficiencies
- Collaborate with data teams on tracking, analytics, and experimentation
KEY REQUIREMENT
- 4-8 years of work experience into core marketing field specially in a startup environment
- Experience in SaaS or marketplaces etc
- Exposure to international or multi-market growth
- Startup or high-growth environment experience is preferred.
