REFURB OPERATIONS MANAGER

ABOUT US

Vutto is a full-stack, phygital platform transforming the used two-wheeler market in India. We combine certified online listings with offline retail experience, in-house refurbishment, warranty support, and end-to-end documentation to deliver a seamless and trustworthy experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Spearheaded end-to-end planning and execution of city-wide refurbishment operations for the 2-Wheeler (2W) category.

- Collaborated with the central strategy team to drive performance monitoring, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Led cross-functional technical and support teams to efficiently manage refurbishment workflows and ensure operational excellence.

- Owned refurbishment targets, after-sales operations (warranty & services), and full P&L responsibility for the vertical.

- Developed deep expertise in the local used 2W market, including spares supply chain, pricing dynamics, and customer demographics to streamline ground operations and provide strategic feedback to central teams.

- Established and managed strong vendor partnerships to ensure seamless operational execution and supply continuity.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- 4-8 years of experience in high-performing, fast-paced organizations.

- Strong academic background complemented by a consistent track record of high performance in prior roles.

- High emotional intelligence (EQ), strong resilience, and an exceptional drive to learn and grow.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions (most critical requirement).
