Vutto - City Head

Vutto is a full-stack, phygital platform transforming the used two-wheeler market in India. We combine certified online listings with offline retail experience, in-house refurbishment, warranty support, and end-to-end documentation to deliver a seamless and trustworthy experience.

City head will be responsible to build and Scale Supply/Demand. Drive onboarding through local channels, partnerships, and referral networks.

- Own Training and Quality :Design and execute training programs to upskill sales professionals. Maintain service quality standards through continuous performance monitoring and retraining.

- Operational Excellence :Monitor key metrics like sales throughput, cancellation rates, refurbishment quality and turnaround time. Solve on-ground operational issues and continuously improve delivery efficiency.

- Team Leadership :Hire, manage, and mentor a team of field operations associates. Foster a culture of accountability, speed, and customer obsession.

- Local Strategy & Growth Adapt central playbooks to your citys unique dynamics. Drive local growth experiments and report performance insights to the leadership team.

- 4-8 years of experience in field operations, supply chain, logistics, or a similar role at a high growth startup.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills; prior experience managing field teams preferred.

- High bias for action and a data-driven approach to decision-making

- Excellent communication and people management abilities
