Our core product, MintLink, is a tech platform designed to power the next wave of creator monetisation enabling influencers to earn through affiliate links, track performance, and build deeper connections with their audience. We're now doubling down on the next phase of growth scaling MintLink and unlocking new channels like affiliate commerce, Reddit-led marketing, and performance-driven distribution.
The Role:
This is founder training disguised as a job. You'll work directly with the founders on VuduCom's most critical priorities building new growth engines, scaling MintLink, and driving execution across teams. This is a high-intensity, high-ownership role where you'll operate across strategy, product, growth, and operations.
What You'll Do:
- Work on 0 - 1 initiatives like affiliate marketing, Reddit growth, and new distribution channels
- Scale MintLink across product, growth, and monetisation
- Drive cross-functional coordination between teams
- Translate ambiguous ideas into execution plans
- Build systems, processes, and playbooks to enable scale
- Work closely with founders on key projects and decisions
Who You Are:
- MBA or graduate from a top institute
- 1 - 3 years of experience (startup / consulting / business roles preferred)
- High ownership, strong execution ability
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Founder mindset you take initiative and build
