Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive business development and strategic growth across the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Enterprise SaaS sales and strong relationships within the apparel and lifestyle industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key enterprise accounts, and achieving aggressive revenue targets through consultative and value-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise sales for BlueKaktus' SaaS product offerings in the Indian market.
- Independently manage deal sizes with a minimum ARR of - 40 Lakhs.
- Build, qualify, and manage a strong sales pipeline through research and networking.
- Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to position and sell BlueKaktus solutions.
- Map customer accounts and ensure strong stakeholder management and retention.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Product teams for demos and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract finalizations, and ensure timely payment collections.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate forecasts and performance reports for leadership reviews.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Master's degree preferred (MBA or equivalent).
- Experience: 8+ years in Sales with at least 4 years in Enterprise SaaS Sales.
- Strong business development and acquisition background with proven success in target achievement.
- Deep understanding of the apparel and lifestyle industry (mandatory).
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics for performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen with ability to understand complex client requirements.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively in high-performance environments.
