With a strong focus on Activation, 1P SDKs, and actionable Insights, we enable our clients to decode digital consumption habits with unmatched accuracy and scale.

We are scaling our product-led growth strategy - and are looking for passionate sales leaders who can take our Insights offerings to the next level

Role Overview :

- As the Sales Lead Insights Business at VTION, you will play a pivotal role in both acquisition of clients as well leading client engagement, through consistent high quality deliveries. You will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle for our syndicated and customized insights solutions.

- Your role will be key in expanding our client base, unlocking new verticals, and positioning VTION as the preferred insights partner for data-driven marketing and product teams.

Responsibilities :

Sales Ownership & Revenue Growth :

- You will own the revenue number for the Insights vertical, taking complete accountability for sales pipeline creation, deal closures, and hitting or exceeding ARR targets.

- Identify key decision makers and influencers at client side

- With help of the research team, deliver high quality, timely outputs to client

- You will proactively identify upsell and renewal opportunities by understanding client needs, usage trends, and potential for additional value.

- You will represent VTION at webinars, conferences, and client forums, acting as a brand ambassador and expert in consumer behavior insights.

- Identify and engage with mid-to-senior decision makers (CMOs, Heads of Strategy, Brand Leads)

- Represent VTION.ai in industry events, webinars, and product demos

- Own revenue targets for the Insights vertical across agencies, brand teams, and research partners

- Drive renewals and upsells with a strong understanding of client goals

- Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in CRM systems

Client Management :

- Lead and manage client relationships.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their feedback, and proactively suggest new insights that align with their evolving needs

- You will build and nurture long-term relationships with mid-to-senior level stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor to client decision makers.

- You will represent VTION at webinars, conferences, and client forums, acting as a brand ambassador and expert in consumer behavior insights.

- Identify and engage with mid-to-senior decision makers (CMOs, Heads of Strategy, Brand Leads)

- Represent VTION.ai in industry events, webinars, and product demos

Consultative Selling & Solutioning :

- You will take a solutions-first approach to selling, engaging with clients to understand their strategic challenges and aligning our insights offerings to address them.

- You will create and present proposals and responses to RFPs that clearly demonstrate the value of VTIONs platform, ensuring commercial and strategic alignment.

- Position VTIONs behavioral intelligence platform as a critical input into brand, media, and innovation strategies

- Respond to RFPs, pitch custom solutions, and negotiate contracts

Sales Process Management :

- Oversee sales process Lead generation, Proposal submission, follow up, order fulfilment

- Develop strong negotiation skills to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals by demonstrating the ROI of investing in market research insights

- Identify potential clients who could benefit from market research insights

- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and create strategies for outreach.

- You will maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting discipline using the companys CRM, enabling visibility for leadership and planning.

Team Work and Collaboration :

- Work with operations team for client deliverables

- Plan and supervise client campaigns along with marketing team and track effectiveness of lead generation initiatives

- You will work cross-functionally with product managers, analysts, and delivery teams to scope and execute high-impact, feasible insights solutions that meet client expectations and timelines.

- Collaborate with delivery, product, and tech teams to ensure feasibility and timelines

Performance Metrics :

- Quarterly revenue from new Insights deals (ARR)

- New logos acquired and activated

- Average deal size and conversion cycle

- Client feedback and repeat business rate

- Cross-sell effectiveness into Activation and SDK products

Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, or a related field,

- 5-10 years experience in consumer insights

- Business development experience in aligned geography

- Excellent written communication, presentation skills

- Ability to connect the dots with data and offer sharp and actionable insights

- Time management and Problem solving skills

- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

- Proficient in CRM suite software understanding

- Knowledge of Market research methodologies
