VTION is a behavioral intelligence platform providing privacy-compliant consumer insights through smartphone panel data. We serve enterprise clients across FMCG, telecom, and financial services with real behavioral data not surveys, not claimed behavior. We're building the infrastructure layer for consumer intelligence in India.
The Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to scale our B2B products from current traction to market leadership. The core problem: enabling brands to make confident, data-driven decisions on Media and Ecommerce strategy at scale powered by VTION's first-party behavioral data. You'll work directly with enterprise clients, define product strategy, and ship features that drive revenue.
What You'll Do
- Own product roadmap for B2B offerings media planning tools, consumer intelligence dashboards, and ecommerce analytics solutions
- Work directly with enterprise clients (FMCG, telecom, financial services) to translate business problems into product requirements
- Scale existing products improve adoption, deepen usage, expand use cases within accounts
- Define and track product metrics adoption, engagement, revenue impact, client retention
- Collaborate with engineering and data science to ship features that matter
- Build pricing and packaging frameworks for product lines
- Drive go-to-market in partnership with sales client demos, enablement materials, positioning
Requirements :
- 4-6 years in product management with demonstrable track record of scaling B2B products (1-to-10 experience, not just early-stage building)
- Proven experience growing product adoption, expanding within accounts, and driving revenue growth
- First principles thinker you question assumptions, work from fundamentals, and don't default to 'industry best practice'
- Strong analytical chops comfortable with SQL, data analysis, and defining metrics that matter
- Proficient with AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) for faster iteration and quality outputs we move fast and expect you to leverage these
- Enterprise sales exposure- you've worked deals, handled objections, and understand B2B buying cycles
- Clear communicator - can translate complex data products into client value propositions
Strong Preference :
- Ad tech/Mar Tech background- experience with DSPs, DMPs, audience platforms, programmatic, or measurement
- Familiarity with media planning workflows, campaign optimization, or attribution
- Experience with data products, panel-based research, or consumer intelligence platforms
