Role Overview
- We are looking for a Sales Lead with a strong background in consumer insights and analytics, who can bridge the gap between data-led storytelling and enterprise sales.
- This role is not transactional salesit requires consultative selling, strong understanding of market research, analytics solutions, and insight-driven decision frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end sales cycles for VTION.ais analytics and AI-led solutions
- Engage with CXOs, Insights Heads, Marketing Leaders, Category Managers, and Strategy Teams
- Translate complex data, insights, and analytics offerings into compelling business value propositions
- Leverage prior industry insights experience to position VTION.ai as a strategic partner
- Identify, qualify, and develop enterprise and mid-market opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, and Delivery teams to shape solutions
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent revenue closure
- Stay updated on consumer insights, analytics, and AI trends impacting FMCG, Retail, and allied sectors
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-8 years of experience in sales, consulting, or client engagement roles in insights/analytics firms
Strong understanding of:
- Consumer & market research methodologies
- Analytics, dashboards, and insight-driven business solutions
- FMCG, Retail, CPG, or related industries
- Proven ability to sell complex, insight-led solutions rather than commoditized products
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup / scale-up environment
