Job Description:
- The digital media activation lead is responsible for coordinating with media agencies and ensure that they are able to use VTION cohorts for activation.
- The person has to oversee the development of the segments and execution of them on the digital media campaigns to achieve the objectives ie higher BLS, or better ROAS. As a key member of the marketing team, the lead will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure digital advertising strategies align with company objectives and produce measurable results.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital media platforms, data analytics, and audience targeting.
Responsibilities:
- Market the uniqueness of VTION segments to the account executives and create awareness amongst them by undertaking various awareness activities.
- Co-ordinate with the account level executives of the agencies to get briefs for segments
- Deliver the segments in a timely and correct manner.
- Collect data and feedback to help improve the segments and the impact.
- Generate regular MIS and analyse the data to provide insights that can be used by VTION to drive segment usage across agencies.
- Ensure timely and correct billings and follow up for collections
Experience & Qualifications:
1. Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 - 5 years of experience in digital media, selling segments or supply to agencies, buying, planning, or activation, preferably in an agency or marketing organization.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital media platforms, including display, search, social, and programmatic advertising.
- Familiarity with data-driven advertising, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies.
- Good understanding of media planning and analytics tools
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
