Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and analytically strong Business Analyst to support the Enterprise Sales Lead for the Insights division at VTION.ai. This hybrid role combines executive support, business analysis, sales coordination, and client-facing prep work.
The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, strong with data, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Operational Support (40%)
- Prepare meeting briefs, follow-ups, and ensure timely closure of action items across internal teams.
- Coordinate with Insights, Product, Customer Success, Data Science, and leadership teams for updates and approvals.
- Maintain structured documentation, pipelines, and internal dashboards for quick visibility.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
2. Sales Intelligence & Business Analysis (40%)
- Analyse VTION panel and behavioural data to generate insights for pitches, client questions, and proposals.
- Prepare category-level, app-level, platform-level summaries using VTION datasets for the pitches and funnel broadening.
- Support in building market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and client industry scans.
- Create high-quality PPT decks, one-pagers, and internal briefs for enterprise prospects.
- Work closely with data and insights teams to fetch datasets, validate numbers, and align storylines.
- Maintain repository of case studies, proof points, and sales artefacts for quick reuse.
3. Sales Pipeline & Client Coordination (20%)
- Track enterprise funnel stage and share regular updates: outreach pitch deep-dive proposal closure onboarding.
- Maintain CRM hygiene with updated leads, contact details, meeting outcomes, and next steps.
- Coordinate with marketing for client mailers, event participation, and vertical-specific campaigns with marketing teams.
- Prepare pre- and post-meeting recaps for client interactions.
- Support RFP responses, proposal creation, and commercial documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in an BA, analyst, sales operations, or consulting support role.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and summarise data.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and ability to learn internal dashboards/tools quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High ownership, structured thinking, and sharp attention to detail.
Good-to-Have
- Prior experience in media, digital analytics, research, or ad-tech domain.
- Experience working directly with senior leadership.
