Your Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through comprehensive market research and lead generation within the Indian and Multi-asset industry

- Expand and manage VT Markets' portfolio of affiliates, institutional partners, and strategic alliances across Indian markets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention

- Actively prospect, qualify, and convert potential clients through strategic outreach and relationship building

- Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries, ensuring superior customer service standards

- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and client relations to deliver comprehensive solutions to partners

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify strategic opportunities

- Achieve and exceed monthly business development targets and KPIs

What Makes You a Great Fit

Job Experience & Education:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum 2-7 years of proven experience in B2B Multi-asset Instrument or Multi-asset sales, account management, or business development roles

- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client portfolios

- Technical and Functional Skills:

- Deep understanding of Multi-asset markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations

- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools

- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and client needs

Soft Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders

- Self-motivated and autonomous working style with strong organizational and time management abilities

- Positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for building long-term business relationships

Other Requirements:

- Fluency in English

- Additional Indian languages will be considered a significant advantage

- Willingness to travel within Indian markets as per business needs
