Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead with strong background in catalog creation and management.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with E-commerce backend data.

This role requires leading a team of 5-10 members to deliver end-to-end catalog creation for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

- Manage and lead a team of 5-10 members, ensuring efficient execution of catalog creation tasks.

- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members to achieve project goals.

- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Catalog Creation:

- Oversee the end-to-end process of catalog creation for products based on manufacturer and supplier data.

- Ensure accurate and detailed product information, including specifications, dimensions, materials, and features.

- Experience in shopify or Magento is required.

Coordination:

- Act as the primary point of contact for the program manager, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.

- Address client queries and provide regular updates on project progress.

Process Optimization:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of catalog creation.

- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for the team.

Technical Expertise:.

- Leverage experience with backend systems like- BigCommerce, or similar platforms to streamline catalog management.

- Ensure the team's familiarity with technical requirements and compliance with system-specific guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, MBA, or a related field.

Experience:

- 4-5 years of experience leading a team of 5-10 members.

- Extensive knowledge of the dimensions, and product specifications.

- Proven experience in catalog creation and data management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in data handling and content management systems (CMS).

Leadership Abilities:

- Strong team management skills, with a focus on collaboration, motivation, and performance improvement.

- Ability to delegate tasks effectively and ensure accountability.

Analytical and Organizational Skills:

- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing large volumes of data.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.

Communication:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team coordination and client interaction.

Preferred Qualifications.

- Prior experience working with large catalogs or similar product categories.
